Banda formada en el 2003 de estilo alternativo en la cual durante el tiempo de formacion cambiamos desde nombres como INEXPERTOS, de ahi pasamos por TAENIA SOLIUM hasta que nos quedamos con el nombre de VIEJOS NECIOS
La banda sigue varias influencias musicales entre ellas estan las bandas NIRVANA,ALICE IN CHAINS, THE DOORS,NICKELBACK entre otras.
La Formacion actual de la banda esta conformada con Arlo Angel en la voz, Henry Lara en la 1ra guitarra, Jesus Guerra en la 2da guitarra, Patrick Oscanova en el Bajo y Miguel Rueda en al bateria.
Hemos recorrido varios locales como La TERRAZAS DE BARRANCO ,EL FLORENTINO de Barranco, EL EKEKO BAR de Barranco , EL SATCHMO de Miraflores, en el IRISH PUP de Miraflores,D Parranda,Che Viva de San Miguel,Tathay de los Olivos, entre otros locales.
Tambien participamos en varios Festivales como fueron el TIMMY FEST de Chorrillos,TERRA ROCK 08 entre otros.
Queremos Agradecer a toda al gente que nos apoya y nos escucha y tambien a los antiguos miembros de la banda que de por si ayudaron muchoa crecer al grupo en general.
